If your property needs refurbishment before we begin working together we can manage this for you as well.
We’ll Never Charge You Any Fees!

We carry out regular inspection of each properties communal areas. Furthermore, with a thorough 88 point check every 3 months on the whole house. Any damage that is found is normally repaired within 24 hours unless a new part is needed.
We Can Manage Major Maintenance
We will take care of minor maintenance issues. Such as a broken toilet seat, shower head and door off the hinge, etc. However, when it comes to larger items such as structural work and the central heating system and boiler. We will not take on this financial responsibility. However we will get all the work done for you at a low cost. We will of course inform you of any more serious issues. Specifically if and when it occurs for your advice on how you would like to proceed on it. It’s very rare that we ever have to contact you for anything like this. But we do like to make you aware at the outset regarding what we do and do not cover for you.


We Keep Your Property in Immaculate Condition.

With all the benefits and guarantees that we provide, we pay landlords a slightly reduced rate and because we offer high standard accommodation to tenants, we charge tenants a slightly higher rate and we make our difference from the margin in between.
This will be dependant of the property we take on as well as it’s location. We work with tenants from all walks of life, but our primary demographic is working professionals.
Elite Homes and Property would be liable for the rent and the condition of the property, we would take care of all damages. Letting your property out to private tenants always comes with risk but with Elite Homes and Property providing a rent guarantee all the risk would be eliminated as the contract would be between yourself and Elite Homes and Property.
Depending on the size and scope of the work required we can pay for the work ourselves. In this situation we would pay a lower monthly rent and request a longer lease period. This option is great if you don’t want to invest in the property at the moment but benefit from the improvement of your asset in the future.
If you do have money to invest in refurbishment we can manage the refurbishment on your behalf and would offer a higher rent for taking on board a property in better condition.
That is entirely up to you, you can either renew the agreement you have in place with us or you might decide that you wish to do something different with the property. As part of our agreement we would be obliged to hand back the property in either the same or better condition than it was when we signed the lease.
